By installing or using StatusTrail ("the App") from the monday.com marketplace, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Md. Mohibur Rahman ("we", "us", or "our"), the individual developer and operator of StatusTrail.
StatusTrail is a monday.com marketplace app that monitors status columns on monday boards, tracks elapsed time against configurable SLA thresholds, and delivers in-app notifications when those thresholds are breached. The App runs entirely on monday-code infrastructure.
To deliver SLA breach alerts, StatusTrail uses the notifications:write OAuth
permission granted at installation. This means:
We will not use the notifications:write permission for any purpose other than
SLA breach alerting as described above.
Subject to these Terms, Md. Mohibur Rahman grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StatusTrail solely for your internal business purposes within your monday.com account. This license does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the App.
You agree to use StatusTrail only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to terminate access to the App immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use provisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your monday.com account. StatusTrail accesses your account only through OAuth tokens issued by monday.com. You should revoke the App's OAuth authorization via monday's app management panel if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of StatusTrail, including the boards and items you configure for monitoring, complies with any applicable data protection obligations you have to your own users or employees.
All rights, title, and interest in and to StatusTrail, including its source code, design, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of Md. Mohibur Rahman. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
"monday.com" and related marks are trademarks of monday.com Ltd. StatusTrail is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by monday.com Ltd.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
SLA ALERT DELIVERY DEPENDS ON MONDAY.COM PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND API RESPONSIVENESS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT EVERY BREACH EVENT WILL RESULT IN A TIMELY NOTIFICATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MD. MOHIBUR RAHMAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF THE APP WAS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE USD $0.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Md. Mohibur Rahman from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any feature thereof) at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Data deletion following termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute arises from or relates to these Terms or the App, we encourage you to first contact us at open a support issue to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (available at statustrail.runi.dev/privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Md. Mohibur Rahman regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
